- Install ARC CLI to install the CLI, note the local version, and read the platform boundary.
- Requirements and scope to decide whether this is a static Web Device site rather than an interactive AUP app.
- Build a first site to create the verified beta.25 file set.
- Run, check, and inspect to validate the source and open the URL printed by the local run.
After the first site
