Is a Blocklet an application or a component?

A deployable unit defines a boundary, not a product size.

A Blocklet is ARC’s deployable unit. It groups application content, configuration and declared runtime needs within an identifiable, manageable boundary.

That unit can deliver a complete application or a capability used by other applications. User-facing application and reusable module describe different aspects: purpose and organization.

A provider plays another role: implementing an AFS interface to a resource. A Blocklet describes a unit that is loaded and run. Composition still requires compatible data shapes, interfaces and access permissions. A common packaging model does not remove those contracts.
