Are AFS prompts and explain the same thing?
Prompts orient the caller; explain supplies guidance for a particular path.
Three kinds of guidance

The implemented explore prompt builds a guide from mount information. It is not an all-knowing business prompt, and not every MCP client necessarily requests or uses it automatically.
Why not one enormous prompt?
Initial guidance supplies direction; path explanations support task-specific exploration. Environment-derived guidance can track available mounts better than a manually copied static list. Freshness and caller scope still need verification.
Understanding and execution remain separate. Prompts help a model choose; the system still validates arguments, enforces authority and reports failures.
