What do AFS, AOS and ARC each do?

Think of an application as a workshop. AFS gives resources addresses and operations. AOS organizes operating behavior. ARC connects those capabilities to an execution environment.

For an app reading material and answering requests, the resource path belongs to AFS. Loading the app and routing a request involve operating semantics. Accepting network traffic and connecting platform services require runtime adapters.

These are responsibilities, not three products users must install separately. They also do not promise identical features on every platform. AFS-UI and AUP address interface context and expression within this broader system.

No. Addressable resources and a complete execution environment are different responsibilities.
