DID Spaces data retention policy update
To improve service efficiency and ensure user data privacy, we have updated DID Spaces' data retention policy: Starting from 12:00 AM on December 1, 2024 (UTC), data in DID Spaces (https://www.didspaces.com) that have expired for more than 180 days without renewal will no longer be retained and automatically deleted. Once the data has been removed, it cannot be recovered.
Scope of the Change
- This data retention policy only applies to DID Spaces acquired through purchase and has an expiration date of more than 180 days.
- This policy does not affect NFT Data saved using DID Spaces; even if the relevant DID Spaces are no longer retained, these NFTs will still be displayed correctly.
- Personal DID Spaces and DID Spaces gifted to DID Wallet users will not be impacted. If you need to claim your free DID Space, please visit our websiteGet DID Space for free to learn more.
User Guide
Be sure to log in and review your DID Spaces to see if you may be impacted. If you wish to keep the data, check the subscription status on https://www.didspaces.com/app/space/ and complete the Renewal operation as needed. If you do not need to keep it, you can ignore it.
