The Web Client of DID Wallet is to Release Version 3.1.2

The version 3.1.2 of the DID Web Wallet was released on July 12, 2021.
The updates of Web Wallet v.3.1.2 are as follows:
- Update font
- Add passport tab to the application details page
- Support avatar upload and cropping and compression
- In did-auth, if it is a profile, the current avatar will be uploaded instead of the default avatar
- Update asset details page UI
- Update exit and clear data page UI
- Update the receiving pass address, support other wallets to scan codes
- After sending the NFT, delete the NFT
- Some optimizations in other parts
