How to Complete Email Verification?#
Our new email verification capability is an intrinsic part of the Blocklet Service. This integration means users can activate the email verification feature by simply configuring their email notification server (Mailgun, SendGrid, and AWS Simple Email Service). Here’s how you can complete your email verification on ArcBlock Services:
- Upgrade your DID Wallet to the Latest Version: If you are not using the latest DID Wallet, you may encounter issues.
- Update Your Email in DID Wallet: Ensure your DID Wallet profile includes your most frequently used email address to receive the verification code without delay.
- Access Any of Our Online Services: If your email hasn’t been verified yet, accessing any of our services will redirect you to the verification page.
- Complete the Verification: Follow the prompts to verify your email. Once verified, claim your email verification certificate in your DID Wallet. This certificate is recognized across all our platforms, enabling you to enjoy uninterrupted access without the need for repeated verifications.

No, you can verify your email on www.arcblock.io, and your verified status should be synced automatically to other services, when the sync fails, you can present your verified email certificate without verifying again.
Can I recover verified email certificates if I lost them accidentally?#
Yes, verified email certificates are just like digital passports, you can always recover (only if you have actually completed the verify process) them during the presentation process
Can I use the same email on multiple different accounts across ArcBlock Services?#
No, we have enabled email uniqueness when verifying user emails.
Can I use email addresses from disposable email providers?#
No, because disposable emails are not always available, that may cause some security issues to your account.
