We recently updated the DID Domain v0.2.48, made security enhancements to the DID Domain. When registering a DID (whether in ArcBlock address format or Ethereum address format) as a subdomain, users need to prove ownership of the DID to prevent DID subdomains from being hijacked or used for phishing attack. The update has already been deployed, feel free to try out:
Security Rules#
- If the registered subdomain is a DID, users need to provide proof of ownership of the DID wallet before making a purchase.
- If the registered subdomain is a DID, the domain registration page will make a special mark for the domain and remind the user to verify their identity.
Help us to improve#
We will continue to improve the user experience of the DID Domain. If you have any needs, suggestions, or problems during use, please visit ArcBlock Community for feedback. We will do our best to help.
