Meeting NXGN Software at Cloudflare Connect

At Cloudflare Connect, ArcBlock founder Robert Mao met Kal, founder of NXGN Software. Their conversation focused on a practical question: how can small and medium-sized businesses put AI to work, and when does it make sense to build software for their own operations?
Kal described NXGN Software as a software development company helping these businesses accelerate their AI adoption. He said the company deploys its services using Cloudflare resources, including Workers, Pages and AI Gateway, to help clients build faster and use AI more efficiently.

Building software for the business
One need Kal described comes from businesses that have been relying on subscription products and are considering building internal software. NXGN Software aims to help them replace some of those subscriptions and reduce software costs. Kal presented this as a goal of the company's work; the conversation did not include specific customer examples or measured results.
The conversation became a live demo
Robert suggested trying the idea on the spot: ask AI to turn the conversation into a news post for the ArcBlock website.
Kal introduced his company aloud, and Robert asked for a preview they could read together before deciding whether to publish. This post grew out of that experiment, taking a new conference connection and turning it into something both people can review and revise.
Scope of this conversation
This was an introductory meeting and a new business connection. No formal partnership or product integration was announced in the conversation. The description of NXGN Software's services comes from Kal's introduction.
